Simply find your name on the list (listed in order by date the order was placed). 

Pending Jewelry means I have not ordered your jewelry yet.

Jewelry Received means I have your jewelry in.

Pending Inclusions means I have NOT received your milk/inclusions yet.

Pending Preservation  means I have received your breastmilk but have not preserved it yet.

Breastmilk Preserved means I have preserved your breastmilk.

Inclusions Received means I have received your inclusions (usually ashes.)

Pending Production means I have not completed your order yet.

Order Complete means I have completed and shipped your order.
